Director of Evangelization and Christian Formation

Job Qualifications: The shared parishes of St. Charles Borromeo, St. Charles and Holy Redeemer, Eyota located in the Diocese of Winona, Minnesota are seeking a Director of Evangelization and Christian Formation. The Director will motivate parishioners to gain a greater understanding of the Catholic faith, deepen their spiritual life, and enable them to preach the Gospel by speaking openly in the world about our relationship with God through Jesus Christ in the Holy Spirit.

This position requires pastoral care and spiritual leadership experience along with energy, commitment, courage and creativity. Successful candidates will be proficient in planning, organizing, and teaching, with exceptional leadership and communication skills.

The Candidate will be a practicing Catholic in good standing. A Bachelor’s Degree in Religious Education/Theology or another related field is required. A Master’s Degree in the New Evangelization or Religious Education or Theology or another related field is preferred.
