Welcome to Catholic Charities!
In fiscal year ending June 30, 2006, Catholic Charities served over to 5,500 persons living in over 2,300 households throughout the twenty counties of our diocese. Of those households where the annual income was known, fully 48% of them had incomes at or below $25,000. Each year Catholic Charities helps these thousands of individuals whose problems threaten their development, dignity and freedom as persons, as well as their ability to serve their families, friends and communities. The agency's programs listed below reach out in service to the vulnerable elderly, people in poverty, the single parents, those struggling with addictions, persons from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds with relocation and/or cultural adjustment issues, and individuals and families who seek professional counseling and assistance.
