The Diocese of Winona-Rochester is currently accepting resumes for opportunities at our Pastoral Center in Winona, MN. These positions will be based out of Rochester, MN once construction of a new Pastoral Center is completed in June of 2024. Candidates should be practicing Roman Catholics who are effective communicators, collaborative, adaptable to change and effective at interfacing with a diverse group of internal and external customers. Positions and hiring specifications are as follows:
Responsible for coordination of employee benefits, maintain communication with insurance providers, reviews and makes recommendations related to revision of benefit packages. Responds to employee benefit questions. Performs other human resource tasks as needed. Requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field. Prefer at least three years human resource experience.

Barron, the Diocese of Winona-Rochester serves the 20 southernmost counties of the State of Minnesota – bordered by the Mississippi River to the east and South Dakota to the west. The Diocese is home to 99 parishes, four high schools, 30 elementary schools and the Immaculate Heart of Mary Seminary on the campus of St. Mary’s University in Winona.
