Hosted by the Diocese of Winona Office of Catholic Cemeteries

Please join us for a workshop designed for all who work in the administration, management or oversight of Catholic cemeteries in the Diocese of Winona. (Cemetery sextons, cemetery trustees, pastors and parish business administrators involved in cemetery management will benefit from this opportunity.)  The workshop will provide attendees with a thorough overview of the core principles needed in the day to day management of today’s cemetery within the Diocese. The workshop includes the following topics:

• Cemetery Management as a Ministry
• Policies and Procedures
• Accounting and Administration
• Resources for Cemetery Managers
• An Opportunity for Question and Answers

The workshop will be held on April 23, 24 and 25, 2012 at Cathedral of the Sacred Heart, St. Joseph Parish in Owatonna, and St. Adrian Parish in Adrian respectively.
